Using ValidateNow

ValidateNow lets you check whether products carrying ValidateNow codes were issued by their verified manufacturer. A result reflects the information in our registry at the time of the scan.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account. Don’t share your password. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, scraping or fraudulent reports.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling keeps your benefits until the end of the paid period. Prices are in Nigerian naira and include applicable taxes unless stated.

Manufacturers

Verified manufacturers must only print codes on genuine products they make or are licensed to distribute, and must keep recall information accurate. Code purchases are non-refundable once codes are generated.

Reports

Counterfeit reports must be truthful. Knowingly false reports may lead to account closure.

Liability

ValidateNow is a verification aid and does not guarantee the quality or safety of any product. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
